Our Executive Chef Agung Gede prepares innovative dishes from “Nyegara”- Sea, while Chef Nic Vanderbeeken’s from Apéritif Restaurant prepares dishes from “Gunung” – Mountain, as well as desserts and petit fours meticulously prepared by our Pastry Chef Vincent Stopin.
