Jakarta, September 1, 2026 – PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero), or InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), is building an integrated tourism ecosystem through a bundled package program for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, in collaboration with banking partners, travel management companies, and various strategic partners.
This collaboration integrates event tickets, accommodation, air and sea transportation, airport hospitality, and even logistics and cargo handling services to provide a more comprehensive and seamless travel experience for tourists.
This synergy was marked by the signing of a business collaboration agreement for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, held in the Cakrawala 3 Room, 5th Floor of the Sarinah Building, Jakarta, on Tuesday (September 1).
Strategic sponsorship support also comes from the banking sector through PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI). BRI provides support through initiatives such as the "Management Warriors Mandalika" program, branding placement in the event area, activity booths, and convenient digital transactions via BRImo. Meanwhile, BSI supports the strengthening of the banking and tourism ecosystem for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia.
ITDC Operations Director and Chairman of the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, Troy Warokka, stated that this collaboration is a step towards positioning the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia not merely as an international sporting event, but also as a driver of the tourism ecosystem.
"The 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia holds great potential to drive tourism to The Mandalika. Through this partnership, we aim to deliver a more seamless experience for tourists—covering everything from event tickets and travel to Lombok to accommodation and hospitality services—making it easier for MotoGP fans to attend the event at The Mandalika," said Mr. Troy.
Antavaya Tour and Panorama JTB (PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk) are serving as travel management partners, responsible for developing and marketing the travel packages. Various travel components are supported by PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN) for accommodation; PT Dharma Lautan Utama (DLU) for sea transport; Garuda Indonesia, PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, and PT Pelita Air Service for air transport; and IAS Hospitality for airport hospitality services.
Meanwhile, PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS), together with MGPA Nusantara Jaya, supports operational needs through freight forwarding, logistics, and cargo handling services.
Under this arrangement, Antavaya is developing travel packages for the domestic market, while Panorama JTB targets the overseas market. Antavaya has prepared four package options starting from around IDR 5 million per person, which have been on sale since August 5, 2026. For the international market, Panorama JTB is preparing travel packages that combine the experience of watching the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia with accommodation and travel services. One package includes a 4-day, 3-night trip, hotel stay, breakfast, a Regular Grandstand ticket, airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-circuit transfers, and dedicated host assistance, starting at USD 460.
“We view this partnership as an ecosystem. When the strengths of travel management, accommodation, transportation, and airport hospitality are integrated, travelers gain more choices and convenience in enjoying the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia while also exploring Lombok,” Mr. Troy added.
To support these travel packages, HIN is providing an allotment of 90 rooms at Merumatta Senggigi and 55 rooms at Prime Park Lombok for the period of October 9–12, 2026.
Regarding connectivity, Garuda Indonesia, TransNusa, and Pelita Air are supporting access to Lombok through integrated air transport, joint promotions, and the potential for additional flights during the event period. As of August 10, 2026, TransNusa has increased the frequency of the Denpasar–Lombok route to five flights and opened up possibilities for increasing capacity on other routes.
Meanwhile, DLU provides an alternative sea connectivity option for spectators via the Surabaya–Lombok–Surabaya route, which can be integrated into bundled packages. The travel experience is further enhanced by IAS Hospitality through promotions across its airport lounge network, as well as lounge and concierge services for holders of specific packages.
On the operational front, IAS provides support ranging from the handling of import-export documentation, customs clearance, and air, sea, and land cargo transport to logistics management for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit.
The 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia is scheduled to take place from October 9 to 11, 2026, at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in The Mandalika, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
