The Mandalika, February 26, 2025 – CV Purnama, one of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) fostered by ITDC specializing in home decor and wall decor, has recorded a 60% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth, increasing from an average of IDR 50 million per month in January 2024 to IDR 80 million in January 2025. Additionally, CV Purnama has successfully expanded its export market to six countries: Malaysia, Kuwait, Australia, the United States, Germany, and France.
Corporate Secretary Group Head of ITDC, Million Sekarsari, stated that this achievement demonstrates the success of ITDC’s MSME development program in empowering local businesses. “We are proud to see the continuous progress of CV Purnama. We not only provide training but also open access to domestic and international markets, helping MSMEs like CV Purnama move up to the next level,” she said.
Founded by M. Zaenuri Hamka and his wife, Muliani, CV Purnama has grown into a family business now managed together with their son, Abdul Qaedir Jaelani, in Praya, Central Lombok. Since 2019, CV Purnama has received support from ITDC through the Small and Medium Business (UMK) Funding Program, followed by various training sessions, including website development, digital marketing, Sarinah Pandu training, and access to the Indonesian Export Financing Agency (LPEI). Thanks to this support, the company has also actively participated in various events in The Mandalika, further expanding its product exposure.
As the next-generation leader of the family business, Abdul Qaedir Jaelani emphasized that CV Purnama’s business expansion would not have been possible without ITDC’s support since 2019. According to him, ITDC has played a crucial role in business development, from capacity building and funding to opening wider market access.
“We have benefited greatly from ITDC’s programs, including the Sarinah Pandu MSME training from October 24-26, 2023, as well as access to the Indonesian Export Financing Agency (LPEI). Additionally, ITDC has provided us with opportunities to showcase our products at prestigious events in The Mandalika, significantly helping us reach a broader market,” he stated.
Beyond market expansion, CV Purnama has also received numerous prestigious awards that highlight the quality and innovation of its products. In 2024, CV Purnama was awarded Second Place in the Kriya Award of Dekranasda NTB for the Natural Fiber category with its woven handicrafts. This success followed previous achievements, including First Place in the 2023 Dekranasda NTB Home Decor Category for a piece created by M. Zaenuri Hamka, as well as a National Top 30 placement in 2023 for a woven food cover crafted by Muliani. These accolades further solidify CV Purnama’s reputation in the locally-inspired handicraft industry.
“With continuous innovation and a commitment to high-quality, sustainable products, we hope CV Purnama remains dedicated to delivering outstanding, eco-friendly products. This success serves as an inspiration for other MSMEs in NTB to continue growing in the global market,” Million concluded.
