Catat Performa Positif Sepanjang 2025, ITDC Tunjukkan Daya Saing Kawasan

Jakarta,  16 Januari 2026 – InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) mencatat kinerja positif sepanjang tahun 2025, khususnya pada Semester II, di tengah dinamika industri pariwisata nasional dan global. Kinerja tersebut tercermin dari tingkat okupansi yang stabil dan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang tumbuh signifikan di seluruh kawasan yang dikelola ITDC. Yakni meliputi The Nusa Dua di Bali, The Mandalika di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), dan The Golo Mori di Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Stabilitas kinerja pada Semester II 2025 tidak terlepas dari meningkatnya aktivitas pariwisata dan penyelenggaraan berbagai event nasional maupun internasional di tiap kawasan. Hal ini berdampak pada tingginya pergerakan wisatawan, penguatan positioning destinasi, dan menjaga kepercayaan pelaku industri pariwisata pada kawasan yang dikelola ITDC.Plt. Direktur Utama ITDC, Ahmad Fajar, menyampaikan apresiasi atas dukungan dan kerja sama seluruh stakeholder dalam menciptakan kinerja kawasan pariwisata sepanjang tahun 2025 yang terjaga positif. “Sepanjang 2025, kami berhasil menjaga tingkat okupansi kawasan tetap stabil sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan signifikan pada jumlah kunjungan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pariwisata di kawasan yang kami kelola terus bergerak positif, baik melalui penguatan event, Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE), serta pengembangan pengalaman destinasi,” ujarnya.Di The Nusa Dua, rata-rata tingkat hunian hotel sepanjang 2025 tercatat sebesar 76,93%. Capaian ini diraih di tengah tantangan eksternal berupa penurunan perjalanan dinas dan aktivitas MICE pada awal tahun, sejalan dengan kebijakan efisiensi anggaran Pemerintah Pusat. Tapi jumlah kunjungan kawasan menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang meningkat. Dari sekitar 3,2 juta kunjungan pada 2024 menjadi hampir 3,8 juta kunjungan pada 2025, atau tumbuh sekitar 18,5%. Peningkatan kunjungan ini mencerminkan tingginya pergerakan wisatawan, meskipun sebagian besar masih didominasi kunjungan harian yang belum sepenuhnya terkonversi menjadi hunian kamar.Di The Mandalika mencatat performa okupansi dengan rata-rata tingkat hunian hotel, sepanjang tahun 2025 berada di kisaran 55%. Kinerja tersebut didukung oleh tingginya aktivitas kawasan, dengan total kunjungan mencapai lebih dari 1,4 juta pengunjung sepanjang tahun. Puncak okupansi terjadi pada periode Juli hingga Agustus, seiring penyelenggaraan berbagai event nasional dan internasional serta momentum libur sekolah. Lonjakan hunian terjadi secara merata di berbagai kelas hotel, yang mencerminkan kuatnya multiplier effect event terhadap pergerakan wisatawan, sektor pariwisata, dan ekonomi lokal.Adapun The Golo Mori mencatat kinerja yang positif. Kunjungan kawasan sepanjang tahun 2025 mencapai 28.406 pengunjung. Realisasi kunjungan The Golo Mori melampaui target pada kedua semester 2025, masing-masing mencapai 139% pada Semester I dan 140% pada Semester II. Pertumbuhan tersebut didorong oleh strategi aktivasi kawasan yang kian terarah, melalui penyelenggaraan event berskala menengah hingga besar yang mampu mendatangkan jumlah pengunjung lebih tinggi, meski jumlah event yang diselenggarakan lebih terkurasi. Capaian ini menegaskan posisi The Golo Mori sebagai destinasi MICE yang terus berkembang dan semakin kompetitif.“Secara keseluruhan, capaian kinerja ketiga kawasan menegaskan efektivitas strategi pengelolaan destinasi yang dijalankan ITDC untuk menjadi Master Developer dan Asset Manager destinasi pariwisata Indonesia. Ke depan, ITDC berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kawasan, mendorong length of stay dan visitor spending yang lebih tinggi, serta memperkuat pengembangan event dan amenitas berstandar internasional untuk mendukung pertumbuhan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan,” tutup Ahmad Fajar.

ITDC Gandeng Investor Spanyol, Kembangkan High-End Villa di The Mandalika

The Mandalika,  15 Januari 2026 – InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) terus mengakselerasi realisasi investasi di The Mandalika, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Pada hari Rabu, 14 Januari 2026, ITDC menggandeng PT SAPO Development Lombok, yakni perusahaan penanaman modal asing yang berelasi dengan grup investor asal negara Spanyol, melalui penandatanganan Land Utilization and Development Agreement (LUDA) perjanjian pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan lahan untuk Lot KGH1 dan KGH2. PT SAPO Development Lombok akan mengembangkan proyek akomodasi, berupa high-end villa (vila premium) yang menargetkan segmen wisatawan leisure and experiential stay. Direktur Komersial ITDC, Febrina Meidiana, menerangkan bahwa masuknya investasi ini merupakan cerminan kepercayaan investor asing, terhadap prospek pengembangan The Mandalika sebagai destinasi pariwisata kelas dunia. “Kerja sama ini menunjukkan bahwa The Mandalika semakin dipercaya sebagai kawasan investasi yang terkelola dengan baik, memiliki kepastian hukum, serta menawarkan potensi pengembangan yang berkelanjutan. Kehadiran investor asal Spanyol ini juga memperkuat positioning The Mandalika sebagai destinasi yang menarik bagi pasar global,” ujar Febrina.Nilai investasi yang direalisasikan oleh PT SAPO Development Lombok mencapai EUR 2,76 juta atau setara dengan Rp54,17 miliar, yang dialokasikan untuk pengembangan di Lot KGH1 dan KGH2. Dengan tambahan investasi tersebut, maka total nilai investasi kumulatif di KEK Mandalika hingga tahun 2025 menjadi Rp5,96 Triliun.Febrina menambahkan bahwa dalam pengembangan proyek, ITDC selalu mengacu pada masterplan kawasan serta ketentuan tata kelola dan desain yang berlaku di The Mandalika. ITDC Events Throughout 2025: Driving the Economy, Strengthening Destinations

Jakarta, January 02, 2026 – Throughout 2025, InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) organized a series of national and international events across its key tourism destinations, including The Mandalika (West Nusa Tenggara), The Golo Mori (East Nusa Tenggara), The Nusa Dua (Bali), and Lake Toba (North Sumatra). These events were designed to stimulate local economies while strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesia’s tourism destinations.The impact of the events was reflected in increased tourist arrivals, higher hotel occupancy rates, greater involvement of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and the absorption of local workers, as recorded in several economic impact studies conducted during the event periods.Acting President Director of ITDC, Ahmad Fajar, said that well-managed events have proven to deliver constructive and long-lasting benefits. Beyond enhancing destination branding, events also play a direct role in driving local economic activity. According to him, ITDC’s event strategy in 2025 focused on strengthening regional economies, positioning events not only as promotional tools, but also as strategic instruments for sustainable economic growth.One of the most significant achievements in 2025 came from the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia at The Mandalika, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The event attracted 140,324 spectators, marking a 15.7% increase compared to the previous year. During the MotoGP™ period, hotel occupancy in The Mandalika reached 100%, while hotels in the city of Mataram recorded occupancy rates of around 90%. The event generated an estimated national economic multiplier effect of IDR 4.96 trillion, involved more than 3,000 local workers—67% of whom came from Central Lombok—and supported over 600 local MSMEs in the surrounding area, along with 202 culinary and handicraft MSMEs directly participating in the event. In addition, the MotoGP™ attracted 44 additional flights to West Nusa Tenggara during the event period.In East Nusa Tenggara, the International Golo Mori Jazz 2025 reinforced The Golo Mori’s position as a premium, international-class destination. The economic impact study showed that average visitor spending reached approximately IDR 2.9 million per person per day, dominated by visitors from outside the region. The event involved dozens of local MSMEs, with more than 80% of the workforce coming from surrounding communities. Together, these outcomes highlight that the development of The Golo Mori is driven not only by visitor numbers, but also by economic value and the quality of tourist spending.Meanwhile, the Golo Mori Sunset Run 2025 attracted 1,282 participants, exceeding its initial target, with 85.7% of participants expressing interest in returning to the destination. With an event investment of IDR 259 million, the Sunset Run generated an economic impact of IDR 447 million, resulting in a multiplier effect ratio of 2.1. This means that every IDR 1 invested created IDR 2.1 in economic value for the local community.In The Nusa Dua, Bali, The Nusa Dua Festival 2025 contributed to strengthening the creative economy and MSMEs through increased income for tenants, artists, and creative industry players. The festival stimulated the accommodation, transportation, culinary, and creative sectors, which collectively contribute more than 20% to Bali’s Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), while further reinforcing The Nusa Dua’s position as an international event destination.Ahmad Fajar added that the success of ITDC’s events across different regions was supported by strong collaboration between ITDC, central and local governments, local communities, and tourism industry stakeholders. This collaborative approach ensured that each event was designed in line with the unique character of its destination, oriented toward sustainability, and capable of delivering inclusive economic benefits to surrounding communities. He also emphasized that ITDC consistently applies Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles throughout all stages of event planning and implementation, from environmental management and MSME empowerment to capacity building for local workers.In North Sumatra, the Aquabike World Championship and F1 Powerboat World Championship at Lake Toba also generated significant economic benefits. During the events, hotel occupancy rates ranged between 70-90%, while local businesses experienced increased turnover. The events created additional working hours for local workers and opened new opportunities in accommodation, transportation, culinary services, and tourism-related businesses, while also strengthening domestic transactions and regional revenue.“Overall, ITDC’s series of events throughout 2025 demonstrated that well-planned events can generate trillions of rupiah in economic circulation, push hotel occupancy rates up to 100%, create jobs for thousands of local workers, and support hundreds of MSMEs across different regions. These achievements underscore ITDC’s ongoing transformation as a destination manager that prioritizes sustainable economic growth and delivers tangible benefits for local communities,” Ahmad Fajar concluded.

Selama momen akhir tahun tersebut, destinasi yang terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), menghadirkan rangkaian aktivitas sportstainment, program hiburan dari para tenant, peningkatan layanan dan fasilitas kawasan, sebagai upaya memastikan pengalaman liburan yang aman, nyaman, dan berkesan bagi wisatawan. Seluruh persiapan dilakukan melalui koordinasi lintas pihak untuk menjaga kualitas kunjungan di The Mandalika.PGS General Manager The Mandalika, Agus Setiawan, menuturkan bahwa The Mandalika memproyeksikan 118.733 kunjungan selama periode Nataru. Agus menyampaikan pendekatan sportstainment dan festive tourism menjadi kekuatan utama kawasan untuk memberikan pengalaman liburan yang aman, nyaman, dan atraktif bagi seluruh pengunjung. “Kami menyambut periode liburan ini dengan menggabungkan kekuatan sport event dan kreativitas tenant. Seluruh elemen kawasan telah disiapkan untuk memastikan pengalaman wisata yang aman, nyaman, dan menarik,” ujarnya.Untuk menghadirkan kenyamanan bagi wisatawan, ITDC mengoperasikan lima Posko Pengamanan Nataru Terpadu mulai 22 Desember 2025 hingga 4 Januari 2026, melibatkan personel pengamanan kawasan, Bawa Kendali Operasi (BKO) Kepolisian dan TNI, Basarnas, tenaga kesehatan, serta dukungan operasional dari ITDC Group. Posko Nataru ditempatkan di lokasi strategis seperti Kuta Beach Park, Bazaar Mandalika, Bukit Merese, Batu Kotak, dan Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit untuk memastikan respons cepat terhadap situasi di lapangan.Dalam kesempatan yang sama, General Manager Pullman Lombok Mandalika Beach Resort, Budi Wahjono memperkenalkan program unggulan malam Tahun Baru bertajuk “Unmasking Radiance – New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner 2026” yang akan digelar pada 31 Desember 2025 di area pantai Pullman. Perayaan akhir tahun ini menampilkan Geisha sebagai penampil utama, serta hiburan pendukung seperti DJ Dayu, Iconicoustic Band, Miracle Dancer, dan Fire Dance Show. Budi menjelaskan bahwa seluruh rangkaian hiburan dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman premium bagi tamu yang merayakan malam pergantian tahun di The Mandalika. “Kami menyiapkan sebuah pengalaman premium di tepi pantai The Mandalika dengan konsep entertainment yang lengkap, mulai dari music performance, special dance act, hingga countdown celebration,” ungkapnya.Sementara itu, Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) melalui Wakil Direktur Utama Samsul Purba, memperkenalkan aktivasi sport event penutup tahun, yaitu Mandalika Last Sunday Run 2025 yang akan dilaksanakan pada 28 Desember 2025 di Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit. Event lari ini menawarkan dua kategori, yakni 4,3K dan 10K, serta dikemas dengan vibes festival seperti DJ performance, coffee booth, dan partisipasi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) lokal. “Mandalika Last Sunday Run 2025 menjadi bagian dari upaya MGPA untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sirkuit sepanjang tahun. Ini kesempatan bagi peserta untuk merasakan pengalaman unik berlari di lintasan balap bertaraf dunia, dengan suasana festival sebagai penutup tahun yang berkesan. Selain itu, sebagian hasil dari keuntungan event akan digunakan untuk membantu saudara-saudara kita yang terkena bencana di Sumatera,” jelasnya.ITDC menilai bahwa momentum Nataru memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pergerakan ekonomi di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Aktivasi tenant, meningkatnya okupansi hotel, dan kegiatan berbasis sportstainment dinilai mampu memperkuat posisi The Mandalika sebagai destinasi unggulan nasional sekaligus mendorong peluang usaha bagi UMKM dan masyarakat lokal.“Kolaborasi ITDC, MGPA, dan para tenant menjadi kunci menghadirkan pengalaman liburan yang berkesan bagi wisatawan. ITDC Kembali Raih Gold Award pada Ajang CSR BUMN Award 2025
